PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body mounting device capable of reducing weight while securing operation stability. SOLUTION: An optical disk drive 110 of an optical disk player using a resin casing is screwed and fixed by fixing members 121, 126 that are metallic brackets. The fixing members 121, 126 and device fixing members 601, 606 serving as components of metallic vehicle brackets are screwed and fixed. The fixing member 126 is connected to a fixation portion for heat release of a power transistor 135 mounted on a PWB of a PCA 130. As a result, the fixation portion for heat release of the power transistor 135 and the device fixing member 606 are thermally connected to each other via the fixing member 126.
