PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower structure capable of cutting back the number of parts and of reducing the moment applied to the ankles of an occupant on the driver's seat in the event of a crash. SOLUTION: A toe board 14B is formed with wrinkle guide beads 40 along a slashing direction crossing the vehicle longitudinal direction, capable of absorbing the extension of the toe board 14B due to input load from the vehicle front side. In the event of a crash, this suppresses the extension of the general surface 114B of the toe board 14B, while wrinkles generated by the extension are formed along the wrinkle guide beads 40 in the slashing direction crossing the vehicle longitudinal direction to control the directions of the wrinkles.
