The invention relates to a vibration-absorbing device intended for metal ducts used in production processes, consisting of a preferably-silicone tubular body (1) having an internal diameter that matches that of the duct (2) in which it is installed and including a plurality of flutes (6) on the outer face thereof, the inner face (7) of same being completely smooth. The silicone wall (4) contains embedded textile reinforcements (3) made from polyester, aramid or glass fibre. In addition, external stainless steel hoops (5) are inserted between the aforementioned flutes (6). The ends of the body are provided with a clamp joint (8) for mounting same and providing perfect sealing, said joint being encapsulated and attached to the rigid pipe (2) by a metal bushing (9) using a clamp (10).
