<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of performing overlay display of image data without imparting a load on a processor. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processor connected with a display device, the processor sends first image data to be displayed on the display device to the display device, and transmits a signal for selecting second image data displayed overlappingly on the first image data on the display device to the display device. The display device performs the overlay display of the image data stored in the display device when receiving the signal.
