<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird's-eye view image provision apparatus capable of suppressing misconception between a ground place and a solid object, to provide a vehicle, and to provide a bird's-eye view image provision method. <P>SOLUTION: In the bird's-eye view provision apparatus 20, an extracting part 21b extracts image data of a solid object from bird's-eye view image data. Then, a false solid object image generating part 21c generates image data of a false solid object of a size which is kept within the solid image shown by the extracted image data of the solid object.
