<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera parameter acquisition apparatus and a camera parameter acquisition method which can surely acquire internal parameters of a camera even if the number of wiring is limited, and can perform excellent image display utilizing video image photography by the camera. <P>SOLUTION: While holding image height characteristic information indicating image height characteristics of a lens 6 in a camera 2, the camera 2 is caused to photograph a video image that is not photographed in an ordinary photography environment, a mode of information outputted from the camera 2 is switched to an image height characteristic output mode in the timing of the photography, an image height characteristic curve video image outputted from the camera 2 during the image height characteristic output mode is captured via a video line 5, and internal parameters are calculated and acquired from the captured image height characteristic curve video. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
