<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transducer for use in a piezoelectric pump which is excellent in the durability and the reliability of electric wiring to a piezoelectric body and gives an excellent vibration action for a long period of time without adversely affecting liquidtightness. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric transducer vibrating by making the piezoelectric body overlie at least one side of the front or back side of a shim made of a metal plate and alternately giving positive and negative potential to the front and back sides of the piezoelectric body, possesses a front electrode and a back electrode forms on the front and back sides of the piezoelectric body, a wiring protrusion formed protrudedly in a shim diameter direction, and a front terminal and a back terminal formed as mutual non-continuity on the wiring protrusion and each connecting to the front surface electrode and the back surface electrode, and connects the outside wires to the front surface terminal and the back surface terminal respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
