<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase pump performance in a pump device while reducing its size. <P>SOLUTION: A first partition body 6e is formed on the outer peripheral part between the front vane body 6c and the rear vane body 6d of an impeller 6. The first partition body 6e is opposed close to a casing body projection 3a. A pump chamber P is partitioned in the plate thickness direction of the impeller 6 to form first and second pump chambers P1, P2 opposed to the front and rear surfaces of the impeller 6, respectively. A communication hole 3b allowing the first and second pump chambers P1, P2 to communicate with each other is formed to guide a fluid to the first and second pump chambers P1, P2 sequentially for pressurizing in two stages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
