<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job offer/job hunting support system and method, allowing rapid and easy narrowing-down of a proper competent person based on an objective and reasonable selection criterion. <P>SOLUTION: A server computer has: a database storing question data and right answer data of a PC skill test, job offerer data storing job offer condition data, and form data; a transmission means transmitting the question data; a reception means receiving answer data; a grading result calculation part calculating grading result data; and an adaptability decision part deciding whether the grading result data satisfies a job offer condition or not. Job hunter data satisfying the job offer condition are transmitted to a terminal computer operated by a job offerer. A terminal computer of a job hunter receives the job offerer data satisfied by the grading result data, and displays them on a display device by a display means.
