<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional input device and its method for allowing intuitive and easy operation, relating to the operation on the screen of a display device, and to provide a display device having a two-dimensional input device. <P>SOLUTION: The input device comprises a two-dimensional input device main body 30, comprising a transparent solar cell 22 held between a first transparent conductive film 5 and a second transparent conductive film 6 formed on a transparent substrate; and a position detection circuit that two-dimensionally acquires a voltage or a current by the photoelectromotive force effect induced when the two-dimensional input device body 30 is irradiated with light and specifies the light irradiation position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
