PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling method for a ceramic baked object capable of efficiently cooling the ceramic baked object.

SOLUTION: In the cooling method for a ceramic baked object, a calcination jig 33 housing the ceramic baked object 36 is cooled by using a cooling device 30 provided with a conveyance member conveying the calcination jig. It is characterized by that the cooling device is provided with a plurality of blowers 32, and the ceramic baked object in the calcination jig placed on the conveyance member is cooled by the blowers.
