<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved type passenger accommodation for a vehicle, more particularly an aircraft, incorporated with a flat bed of a maximum length, suitably a maximum length. <P>SOLUTION: In this accommodation unit, a seat assembly includes a supporting structure 42 for supporting the unit by separating from a floor of the vehicle, movable type passenger carrying structural parts 71 and 72, a seat structure connecting the movable type structural parts 71 and 72 to a structural body and forming a seat for a passenger by the movable type structural parts 71 or a plurality of passenger carrying parts in the supporting structure 42, and a means selectively moved in a space with a bed structure forming the bed for the passenger by substantially continuously arranging a plurality of supporting surfaces 47, 48 and 67 on almost the same plane. At least one 72 of the movable type parts is a both-side type part provided with a first surface and a second opposite surface.
