<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of achieving both of sufficiently narrowing a spacing between a lens array and light-emitting elements and sufficiently improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device is equipped with an element substrate 20 on which a plurality of the light-emitting elements 14 are arrayed, and a plate-like sealing body 30. The sealing body 30 has the lens array formed by arraying a plurality of lenses 32, and seals the plurality of the light-emitting elements 14 in collaboration with the element substrate 20. The element substrate 20 and the sealing body 30 demarkate a sealing cavity 28 in which the light-emitting elements 14 are disposed inside. In the sealing body 30, recessed parts 35 are formed which are in order to dispose adsorbent 39 to adsorb at least one of moisture and oxygen, and the recessed parts 35 are communicated with the sealing cavity 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
