PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive an air blowing section depending on a temperature rise only when a current is applied to an electric circuit generating heat when the electric circuit is cooled in an electric apparatus. SOLUTION: In cooling the electric circuit, a current of the electric circuit generating heat is detected and the temperature of a heat radiating heat sink for radiating heat generated in the electric circuit is detected. When the detected current of the electric circuit and the detected temperature of the heat radiating heat sink exceed the predetermined values respectively, the air blowing section is driven to cool the heat radiating heat sink.
