PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of improving in accuracy of a mounting position on a protective circuit board of a terminal block without changing its outline shape of the battery pack, and hardly causing displacement of the terminal block. SOLUTION: Of the battery pack 1 provided with a battery main body 3 of a lithium secondary battery, a protective circuit board, and a terminal block for external input/output use, in which, tabs 9a, 9b fitted to the above protective circuit board are welded and jointed to the battery main body 3 of the lithium secondary battery to have the protective circuit board 5 connected to the battery main body 3 of the lithium secondary battery, and the terminal block 7 is mounted on the protective circuit board 5, the protective circuit board 5 is provided with a notched part 11 on its one side face 6b, while the terminal block 7 is provided with an L-shaped guide 13 in contact with the side face of the protective circuit board 5 and a convex protrusion 15 fitted into the notched part 11, which latter 15 is fitted into the notched part 11 for the L-shaped guide 13 to come along and in contact with the other side face 6a of the protective circuit board 5.
