PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a roll-over test can not carried out without damaging a vehicle in a conventional vehicle testing device. SOLUTION: A device includes front and rear transverse moving frames movable laterally, two transverse moving hydraulic cylinders connected respectively to side faces of the respective transverse moving frames and for moving laterally the respective transverse moving frames, hydraulic cylinder groups of 6 degrees of freedom connected onto an upper faces of the transverse moving frames respectively by two sets, four turning going-up-and-down frames connected respectively onto the respective hydraulic cylinder groups of 6 degrees of freedom, and four flat belts attached respectively onto the respective turning going-up-and-down frames.
