PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a handle for a door capable of preventing screws from being excessively tightened. SOLUTION: This mounting structure 10 comprises a first pedestal 1 disposed on one outer surface 61 of the door 1 and having a boss 4 with screw holes for screwing, a second pedestal 2 so disposed on the outer surface 62 of the door 6 as to correspond to the first pedestal 1 and having screw insertion holes 22 at the positions opposed to the boss, screws 3 screwed with the screw holes for screwing of the boss 4 through the screw insertion holes 22 of the second pedestal 2 and connecting the first pedestal 1 and the second pedestal 2 to each other, and a pair of door handles one of which is disposed on the outer surface of the first pedestal 1 and the other is disposed on the outer surface of the second pedestal 2, and connected to each other through the handle mounting holes of the first pedestal 1 and the second pedestal 2. The boss 4 has a slit 43 of such a length that exceeds the screws for screwing, formed from the boss end 44 on the screw insertion side along the axial direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
