PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up and display an image around a vehicle with consideration for a vehicle traveling condition. SOLUTION: This in-vehicle camera control device is provided with a vehicle speed acquiring means acquiring speed of an vehicle with an in-vehicle camera mounted, and a camera control means changing exposure time of the in-vehicle camera according to the vehicle speed acquired by the vehicle speed acquiring means.
