PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support an occupant shoulder during normal seated usage by a seat back supporting structure constituted so as to move an occupant shoulder supporting position to the back side at the occurrence of a vehicle rear side collision. SOLUTION: In a seat back 2, a contour mat 2C capable of receiving and supporting the back face of an occupant is installed in a gate-shaped back frame 2F. The contour mat 2C is installed to the back frame 2F via a movement restriction mechanism 10 by which movement restriction on the longitudinal installation position of a fixing wire Cf to the back frame 2F is imposed to disable movement or lifted to allow movement to the rear side. The movement restriction mechanism 10 keeps a relative rear side movement restriction state of the fixing wire Cf in the normal seated usage on a vehicle seat 1 and releases the rear side movement restriction state to allow the rear side movement at the occurrence of a vehicle rear side collision for moving an occupant back face receiving position by the fixing wire Cf to the rear side.
