<p>An implant structure includes an upper structure having an insertion hole; a pair of bolts each having a head thread part, a hexagonal engagement part, an engagement ring, and an implanting thread part; and a base plate provided with a projecting thread part and having formed in it a first engagement hole and second engagement hole engaging with the hexagonal engagement parts. Both bolts are implanted in a bone, the first engagement hole is engaged with a hexagonal engagement part, a first nut is screwed onto a head thread part, the insertion hole is fitted over the projecting thread part, and a second nut is screwed onto the projecting thread part.</p> |
