A METHOD FOR REALIZING BACK PRESSURE OF MASSES OF PORTS AND THE DEVICE THEREOF

A method for realizing back pressure of masses of ports and the device realizing the method are provided. It is belong the technical field of network prots back pressure control. The method for realizing back pressure of masses of ports comprises steps: detecting whether the user's data transmited to the channelizing physical port reaches to the back pressure threhold or not, when the back pressure threshold is reached, generating an idle frame or a series of idle frames; after combining the idle frame and the user's data which needs to be transmitted to the channelizing physical port reaching the back threshold, the combined data is transmitted; before the said combined data enters into the channelizing physical port, the idle frame is dropped. The invention ueses the idle frame to realize the back pressure, the idle frame takes up some of transmiting broadband, and reduces the bandwidth of the user's data, but the idle frame doesn't enter into the physical port,therefore reaches the aim of back pressure. The bandwidth of the idle frame can be pre-configured based on the need. After the idle frame is generated, its bandwidth can be increased or reduced smoothly according whether the back pressure is exist or not, and its control is very easy and facility.
