The adjustable massage apparatus has sensor (1) for measuring fluid content and fat content of skin tissue, sensor (12) for measuring lift of skin tissue, and temperature sensor (14) for measuring skin temperature. A control unit (4) adjusts low-pressure suction between rollers (10) on a frame (13) to desired value, based on measurement result.
