<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control motor driver which can effectively prevent the malfunction of a control motor driven by an inverter circuit, by periodically reducing the noise generated in the output current of a switching element in an inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter circuit 240, which constitutes a control motor driver 100, is equipped with a drive circuit 141, a plurality of switching circuits 242a-242f, and a current detecting circuit 143. Each switching circuit 242a-242f arranged in the inverter circuit 240 is composed of regulating resistors Rga-Rgf which are connected to gates G, and switching elements Tra-Trf which are equipped with feedback diodes D1a-D1f connected between emitters E and collectors C and absorbing diodes D2a-D2f connected between the gates G and the emitters E. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
