PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference from occurring between cells, when rearranging control signals received from a base station in communication, using a multicarrier transmission system. SOLUTION: When a control signal transmitted from a first base station 11 is subjected to random assignment in a subcarrier assignment pattern according to a signal pattern of a preamble signal; a rearrangement section 240 rearranges control signals received by a receiving section 220, on the basis of the subcarrier assignment pattern of the control signals, determined with reference to a storage section 210 by a determination section 230.
