PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipole plug capable of reducing the body thickness and depth dimension. SOLUTION: The multipole plug is equipped with a body 10 for insulating contacts 20 arrayed to be contactable with the contact of a socket from each other and supporting them, a metal shell 30 having an openingαin order to insert the socket and a cavity in order to house the socket and the body 10 on the depth side of the openingα, and latches 40a, 40b each of which is an elastic lever attachable into the metal shell 30, and of which the locking pieces on the tip sides are engageable with the socket through holes 311a, 311b formed in the metal shell 30.
