PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by eliminating one or all screws for arranging a reinforcing plate to reinforce a synthetic resin top case in a chassis, and reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: A DVD unit 2 is arranged in a chassis 1, a synthetic resin top case 5 is put over the chassis, and reinforcing plates 6 for reinforcing the top case are arranged on the DVD unit and below the top case in the chassis. One of the reinforcing plates 6 is fixed to the upper end of a boss 7 erected from the bottom of the chassis with screws 8, and the other reinforcing plate is inserted into a support hole 1a formed in the chassis. On the other side of the reinforcing plate, a downward piece 6a bent downward and an upward piece 6b bent upward are formed, the downward piece abuts on the inner surface of the chassis, the upward piece abuts on the outer surface of the chassis, and the other of the reinforcing plate is locked to the chassis.
