PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the reduction of the weight and body fat and tighten up the body line by a single safe treatment using a relatively simple apparatus. SOLUTION: This body slimming beauty treatment method performs a composite treatment consisting of: a whole body warming-ultrasonic irradiation process 2 using a warming mat 7 and a weak ultrasonic wave generator 8 for emitting weak ultrasonic waves; a rolling process 3 using a rolling machine 9 formed by connecting probes 10 having a suction function and a roller function; a stimulus signal application process 4 using an EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) apparatus 12; and a weak current energization-infrared irradiation process 5 using a weak current-infrared generator 14.
