PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe delivery and administration appliance for therapeutic substances having a reduced invasion rate into a human body when delivering a sheet-like therapeutic substance, and easily and surely administering the therapeutic substance in a transplantation. SOLUTION: This delivery and administration appliance for therapeutic substances is characterized in having a sheet-like support body supporting the sheet-like therapeutic substance and being elastically deformable, a first shape control means deforming the sheet support body into a planar developed shape and a tubular storage shape by the change in pressure of fluid supplied to the inside, and a second shape control means changing a bending angle of the proximal end of the sheet support body by the change in pressure of the fluid supplied to the inside.
