The invention relates to a method and a device for producing nitrogen-containing fertilizers by treating biogenic materials. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the two gases ammonia and carbon dioxide, which are produced during the biogas process and are dissolved in the liquid, from the liquid in an elegant technical manner and utilize said gases. Said aim is achieved by applying ultrasound to degassing vessels and absorption vessels and then obtaining fertilizers.
