The method involves providing a panel (2) which has fiber connected material. Cross bracing elements (13a,13b) are fixed on the panel and a longitudinal reinforcement element with a non-hardened fiber connected material is positioned on the panel .The panel is hardened together with a longitudinal reinforcement element to form the construction unit (1). The fiber connected material of the panel, cross bracing elements and longitudinal reinforcement element is formed as carbon fiber-preimpregnated material.
