PRELI - A NOVEL T-CELL REGULATOR

The present invention provides a novel T-cell regulator Preli for use in the regulation of cell cultures. Preli can also be used as a target molecule in development of pharmaceuticals for the treatment of an immune-related disease. The present invention also provides a method of screening modulators of mitochondrial apoptosis signaling pathway in human T helper cells.
