<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer presentable and tasty seafood dished up on a scallop shell tray in such a style that steamed shrimp, steamed crab meat and ginko nuts are arranged on the fish meat stuff. <P>SOLUTION: This fresh seafood dished-up on the scallop shell tray is served in the style that the thick fish meat stuff (4) based on ground fish meat is arranged on the shell tray (1) made of a scallop shell piece.
