<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic processing for ripping while securing connection among pieces of music of a medley or connection between an introduction and a main part, when the music data collection of a CD or an MD is ripped to be recorded by an MP 3 or the like, and the music data collection is subjected to shuffle reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: Second music and third music compose a medley. Since the last empty part of the second music and the first empty part of the third music are short, the second music and the third music are combined together to generate one music data. Fourth music and fifth music compose a main part. Since the last empty part of the fourth music and the first empty part of the fifth music are short, the fourth music and the fifth music are combined to generate one music data.
