<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner reducing noxious substance using at least either liquid fuel or gas fuel. <P>SOLUTION: A burner 40 comprises a fuel jet part 42 jetting at least either liquid fuel or gas fuel.
