LACTIC ACID-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lactic acid-based resin composition, a film formed from the lactic acid-based resin composition and a sealant comprising the film without impairing biodegradability, which inherent in polylactic acid.

SOLUTION: This lactic acid-based resin composition comprises 90-30 pts.mass ethylenic copolymer (A) selected from ethylene-(meth)acrylic ester copolymer (A1) and ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer (A2) and 10-70 pts.mass lactic acid-based resin (B), provided that the total of (A) and (B) makes 100 pts.mass.
