<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authenticity determination element which enables simple visual determination of authenticity without using any special reading machine and which uses no complicated manufacturing process and can not be fabricated. <P>SOLUTION: This authenticity determination element contains particulates each having two or more multiple colored layers. The colored layer is constituted of multiple layers of three to fifteen and the layers are preferably colored with hues different from each other. The particulates used herein are preferably have sizes of average particle diameters of 3-60μm. The particulates having the two or more multiple colored layers are extremely minute particles and have a multilayer structure wherein the colored layers are stacked in each layer, while the multiple layers are colored with hues different from each other in the colored layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
