PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge redistribution type D/A converter which can suppress a D/A conversion error caused by injection/extraction of electric charges generated when turned on/off from a switch of a switch capacitor circuit. SOLUTION: The charge redistribution type D/A converter comprises: a capacitor C1 having one end connected to a reference voltage supply node N1; a capacitor C2 having one end connected to a reference voltage supply node N2; a switch S1 having one end connected to the other end of the capacitor C1 and the other end connected to an output node N0; a switch S2 having one end connected to the other end of the capacitor C2 and the other end connected to the output node N0; a switch S3 having one end connected to the output node N0; and an impedance matching switch S4 having one end connected to the other end of the switch S3 and the other end connected to the reference voltage supply node N3. A digital input signal is serially received from any one of the reference voltage supply nodes N1 to N3, and a D/A conversion value corresponding to a decoding result of the digital input signal is outputted from the output node N0.
