PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting bag for suppressing the decline of suction force of a motor-driven blower with time. SOLUTION: A filter medium 31 positioned on the innermost side of a bag body 22 is formed with a downstream part 35 positioned on the side of the motor-driven blower 6 and an upstream part 36 positioned on the side of an opening 33 and having an air permeability higher than that of the downstream part 35. When dust sucked by the drive of the motor-driven blower 6 is stuck to the downstream part 35, since suction air is blown through from the upstream part 36 having the air permeability higher than that of the downstream part 35, the suction force of the motor-driven blower 6 is maintained.
