PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent fraudulence to a game machine by easily and securely preventing fraudulent removal of a board case. SOLUTION: The security device has a shutter mechanism 210 for preventing removal of the board case 105 while a front door 12 is open. A casing 11 has a through-hole 14 on an upper member 11a. The shutter mechanism 210 is disposed outside the casing 11, and has a shutter 211 insertable into / removed from the through-hole 14 from outside the casing 11 for covering the front side of the board case 105 while inserted into the through-hole 14.
