The invention relates to a liquid level gauge practicable for plastic cisterns, which liquid level gauge is composed of an external translucent vertical pipe 2 the upper and lower end of which are connected to the cistern's wall so that the pipe in question can freely communicate with the inside of the cistern. At the lower connection point of the pipe with the cistern wall there is interposed the draw-off cock 3 preventing liquid leakage in case of breaking or disconnection of the foregoing pipe. A specific vertical housing 1 may be shaped at the inner surface of the cistern's wall to sufficiently protect the gauge pipe placed therein. |
