The device has a landing and loading platform (26) attached to a battery magazine (28), by which a battery (16) rechargeable after implementing a flight mission of a small air-craft is replaced by an unused new battery. A charging device is provided for recharging the rechargeable battery after implementing the flight mission of the small air-craft. The loading platform is attached to a centering device (38) for the air-craft. The platform is unmovable and the battery magazine is movable relative to the platform.
