An aluminum sash processing device is provided to improve conveniences in use and maintenance and management of the device as a whole, maintain a long life of the device, and enable an accurate processing operation to be performed at all times. In an aluminum sash processing device comprising an upper plate(31) with which punches are joined by a fixing plate(39), and which is elastically lifted by installing springs between the upper and lower plates, a lower plate(32) with which a punching plate is joined, and a bottom plate(46) which is elastically lifted by springs(47) under the lower plate, and on which trimming punches(52) are installed, the aluminum sash processing device is characterized in that: the upper plate has installation holes(70) formed therein to insert the punches into the installation holes, heat-treated supporting plates formed in the rear of the punches, and stopper bolts(72) for clamping the supporting plates to the punches; the lower plate has the punching plate joined therewith, and joining parts joined with a backside of the punching plate by bolts to cover joining parts of the lower plate in a "L" shape; the bottom plate includes trimming punches installed through punch poles(48) which have screw threads formed on portions of front ends thereof and head portions formed on lower ends thereof, and of which lower end portions pass through the bottom plate and fixed to the bottom plate by passing pins(61) through the punch poles above the bottom plate; and pad pins(57) installed at both sides of the bottom plate are divided into pad pins fixed to the bottom plate and pad pins(73) installed on a bottom face of the upper plate, the pad pins installed on the bottom plate have holes(58) formed in upper ends thereof, and the pad pins of the upper plate have contraction parts(74) formed thereon such that the contraction parts are inserted into the holes.
