<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a person who prints and takes-out of a printed matter by monitoring the printing of print information and the movement of the printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: This printed matter management system is provided with a printer having; a printing part connected through a network for printing out print information generated by a PC and a writing part for recording management information for managing a person who receives the printed matter and the moving state of the printed matter during printing the printed matter on an electronic tag fixed to the printout printed matter for managing the state of the printed matter; a database for registering management information for managing the printing of the printed matter, the person who receives the printed matter and the moving state of the printed matter; a management part for recording or reading the management information recorded in the electronic tag of the printed matter in receiving, carrying out and bringing home the printed matter; and a processing means for updating the management information of the corresponding printed matter by referring to the database concerning the management information of the printed matter read by the management part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
