PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-filled engine mount of novel structure that is capable of providing excellent vibration isolating effect against vibration over a wide frequency range while reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: In the fluid-filled engine mount, a movable film 76 is provided on a partition member 44 and a pressurizing chamber 96 and an equilibrium chamber 98 are connected with each other via the movable film 76 by a second orifice passage 117. The engine mount is provided with a valve element 112 formed of ferromagnetic material and a biasing means 118 for biasing the valve element 112. The second orifice passage 117 is blocked off by the valve element 112 when the biasing means 118 is in an initial state. Further, a coil 124 is incorporated in the partition member 44. By displacing the valve element 112 due to an effect of a magnetic field generated by energization of the coil 124, the second orifice passage 117 is brought into a communicable state.
