PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in ghost suppressing effect, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus including the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: A photosensitive layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains a triarylamine or hydrazonephenylamine-based charge-transporting compound having a 5-10C alkyl group and a cyclic polyolefin resin.
