The invention encompasses methods for predicting sensitivity to tamoxifen in a subject comprising: (a.) determining the level of Wwox expression in a biological sample from said subject; and (b.) comparing the level of Wwox expression in the biological sample to a control, wherein a change in Wwox expression in said biological sample compared to the control is indicative of sensitivity to tamoxifen. |
