The drive has an internal combustion engine (12) and a vehicle transmission (44) with output (54) acting on an axle transmission (46) of a driven axle (58). Hydraulic drives (20, 22) are energized by an energy storage (24), and are a part of an output-deriving transmission. The energy storage has a high pressure- and a low pressure-reservoir. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating of a hybrid drive.
