An apparatus for incinerating household waste having a wastewater incineration function for foodwaste is provided to reduce the amount of ammonia used for removing nitrogen oxides by using the wastewater as a neutralizer for removing the nitrogen oxides. An apparatus for incinerating household waste having a waste water incineration function for food waste comprises an incinerator(1). The incinerator provides overlying water of a storage tank(33) to a supply tank(34) such that the overlying water is provided to a nozzle(3) installed at a secondary combustion exit at a preferred timing. A selective non-catalyst reduction device(10) for spraying ammonia water is installed at an upper side of the nozzle. A nozzle(20) is installed below the nozzle such that the nozzles are connected to the supply tank.
