The device has a separate bending resistant component (1) i.e. disk-shaped component or construction integral part, for load distribution between respective supporting ball (5) and a disk. A layer with a relatively poor heat conductivity is attached between a supporting part and the supporting ball. The layer consists of lead glass or chalcogenid glasses, and is designed as an intermediate layer between the supporting ball and a glass disk.
