The invention relates to a process for stimulating the sales volume of goods in the retail trade networks using the SMS message processing and mobile communication networks. The process for stimulating the sales volume of goods in the retail trade networks consists in the exchange of information between the business, equipped with data processing devices, and the customer by means of SMS messages, using the mobile telecommunications, assignment to the customer of a personal code and authorization for customer to carry out one operation using said code. At the business it is formed the volume of goods with assignment of a personal private code for each unit of goods, which after purchasing becomes known only to the customer and it is sent by him by means of SMS message to the database of the business, where the customer is registered according to the number of the mobile phone from which the SMS message has been sent and where he is assigned a PIN code identical with this number, to which at the business it is opened a personal account, where there are accumulated bonuses obtained by the customer for each unit of purchased goods, the information about which is sent by him by means of SMS message. The information about the accumulated bonuses is accessed by means of SMS message sent from the mobile phone of the customer to the business. At the request of the customer the bonuses, accumulated on the personal account, are exchanged for a unit of any goods, equivalent to an established number of bonuses.
